Integrity was established in 1991 by Doug Miele and Dana McKiel, graduates of Wentworth Institute of Technology. They began working in the industry after graduation. Doug in residential and commercial construction, Dana in estimating, design, and office administration. Each brings unique skill sets and interests which has produced an efficient, well-managed company. Twenty-six years later, we have a wide range of experience in all phases of residential projects including design, remodeling, additions, kitchens and baths. We offer complete solutions in the home building industry and are able to handle all aspects of construction from design to completion.
